Mark Bittner Services is a sole proprietorship providing consulting services and training for factory automation.

I provide the following services:

• Training in automation technology, pneumatics, air logic, sensor technology, PLC basics, relay control wiring, and pneumatic safety

• Design of custom automated systems including clamp controls for tooling and fixturing, press automation, test fixtures, conveyors, and consumer product manufacturing lines

• Fabrication and installation of control cabinets and systems for automation control including low voltage control wiring, programmable logic controllers (PLC), air logic, and relay logic systems

• Programming of PLC’s (programmable logic controllers), sequential relay controllers, stepper and servo controls, and other automation devices

• Troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of automated systems for increased production quantities and or quality

I have over 23 years of experience in factory automation and over 7 years of experience as a vocational instructor teaching industrial controls and automation technologies.
